Vacation Rental Turnover Service:

Kitchen:

• Clean and sanitize countertops, stovetop, and backsplash
• Wipe down and sanitize all appliances (microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher)
• Clean and polish sink and faucet
• Empty and clean trash bins, replace liners
• Clean inside and outside of cabinets and drawers (if requested)
• Clean and organize pantry (if applicable)
• Wipe down and sanitize dining table and chairs

Living Room:

• Dust and wipe all surfaces (tables, shelves, decorative items)
• Vacuum and/or mop floors
• Clean and sanitize remote controls, light switches, and door handles
• Fluff and arrange pillows and cushions
• Clean windows, sills, and tracks
• Clean any mirrors and glass surfaces

Bedrooms:

• Change and launder bed linens and pillowcases
• Dust and wipe all surfaces (nightstands, dressers, lamps)
• Vacuum and/or mop floors
• Clean and sanitize remote controls, light switches, and door handles
• Clean windows, sills, and tracks
• Make beds and arrange pillows neatly

Bathrooms:

• Clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, faucets, and mirrors
• Scrub and sanitize toilets, tubs, showers, and tiles
• Clean and polish shower doors or curtains
• Empty and clean trash bins, replace liners
• Replace towels, bath mats, and washcloths with fresh, clean ones
• Replenish toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper) as needed

Laundry:

• Wash and fold towels, linens, and any other used laundry
• Ensure all laundry items are clean, fresh, and properly stored

General:

• Dust and wipe all baseboards, molding, and window sills
• Vacuum and/or mop all floors
• Clean and sanitize door handles, light switches, and other high-touch areas
• Empty all trash bins and ensure proper disposal
• Ensure the entire property is free of dust, dirt, and any signs of previous guests
• Report any damages or maintenance issues to the property owner
